ADDRESS BOOK FROM OUTLOOK
Create an address book in Outlook or Outlook to look up and select names, email addresses, and contact groups when you send email. You can add or remove address books or address lists that that make up the Outlook Address Book. This guide offers solutions for when you store your contacts in the Contacts folder but they don't show up in the Outlook Address Book.

Outlook and later versions. On the Home Page, click Address Book to open your Address Book. Click the list.
On the File menu, click New Entry. Under Select the entry type, click New Contact Group.
This selection determines where your new distribution list is saved. This is the default location. Click OK.
Your new distribution list is now set to be saved in the Contacts folder, and an untitled distribution list form opens. At this point, you can begin adding contacts to your new distribution list, as outlined in the following section.
Backup Contacts folder only
In the Show Names from the list, click Contacts. Under Select the entry type, click New Distribution List. Click Save And Close to save the new distribution list. The name of the distribution list appears bold as compared to the other entries in the contact folder.
In table views, the distribution list name appears in the Full Namefield. This can only be accessed with the use of a steady Internet connection. Third-party address books You can set up address books from third party service providers through their given setup program. To create an address book for a specified list of clients you can: From the Info tab, go to File then click Account Settings.
Choose Account Settings and click Address Books from the pop-up window. Tick on New then Add Account.
Choose Additional Address Books and click Next to continue. Mobile address books will create a list of names with the mobile number field filled in. Choose between the two and hit Next. Your chosen type will be automatically saved to your Outlook profile and to be able to use this, you will have to restart your program first.
Outlook Address Book not only helps sync your business database to several applications but also makes the client database organization an easy task.Under Select the entry type , click New Contact Group. Emails are easy to find in Outlook.
On the Home tab, in the Find group, choose Address Book. The Outlook Address Book itself cannot be backed up as such since no addresses are stored in it;. Did this solve your problem?
